A few things to know.
Will my requests be public?
The support space is private. You’ll be able to see your own requests and messages from our team.
Does support sign-in connect to my app data?
The Nested Scholar app and Nested Scholar support use the same Nested Scholar account. Support does not automatically collect learning records. Use the same sign-in method you use in the app.
Can I submit a request without signing in?
Account support will require sign-in so we can keep requests private and give you a place to follow up.
Is Nested Scholar available yet?
Not yet. Nested Scholar is in development for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. Visit the Nested Scholar page to see what we’re building.
